This is a limited entry camp. The minimum number of athletes will be eight and the maximum number of athletes will be 12. This floor and cap have been set to facilitate more personalized service than other sports camps while also generating a positive group atmosphere.

Ask about our family vacation option. This is for the family members of the athlete who want to travel to Yellowstone with their family member but do not want to take part in the training camp. Instead, they would tour Yellowstone Park and the surrounding areas on their own. Depending on availability and total numbers, these family members could be accommodated with the athletes in the WYED Center. The cost would depend on the meals to be shared with the athletes. This could be an affordable option to hotels in Bozeman and West Yellowstone.

A deposit of $500 will reserve a spot in the camp. Final payment for the camp will be due on April 30. Failure to make the final payment by April 30 will result in the forfeit of the deposit. Once 12 athletes have signed up and made a deposit payment, the training camp will be considered closed and other interested athletes will be put onto a waiting list.
